Re: Chapter 13 jargon

It means that on August 7 (2003?), the court heard the Trustee's objection to your Chapter 13 plan -- probably because your payments were not feasible given your level of income, or because you did not include all of your creditors. It would be wise to check the court file and see what's going on, or, if you want, e-mail to me your case number and court at [email protected] and I'll try to figure it out for you.
