Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

please help chapter 7 question commercial

HI,

i am so confused by all these lawyers i have gotten so many different tales, i need help... please, so lets get to it.

me and my wife have a cemmercial property that we purchased two years a go ( peak time) for $1,100,000 now the propert is worth $900,000, my loan is $860,000 first and $110,000 second, so upside down. i also have my house which $650,000 the first and $190,000 second and the property is woth $640,000 now. my question or i should say my request is to keep my commercial building and my house and eliminate all debt if possible. is this possible? also i heard that the second in my house would get wiped out, is this true? i lost over $300000 in two bussiness i started in my commercial and finaly gave up, now it is leased out and it is covering its expense, how can i keep this ? just finally i am able to pay the mortgage on time on my commercial. please help ohh befor i forget i also have a one bedroom apatment in san diego which is in a prosses of short sale, how can i or my @##@#@$ lawyer persuade the court to keep myt house nad commrcial?

From your question, it sounds like you are represented by counsel, and as such, I am not in a position to answer your questions, or interfere with that relationship.
