Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Chapter 13

After the 5 years of paying to a trustee, are the creditors you filed on able to still come after you? If I had my 2nd Mortgage striped can they still come after me in the future? Hope I'm makn sense.

Before your case is closed, you should file an application for entry of discharge of debts. Then no one could come after you for discharged pre-BK debts.
