Child support overpayment

I was receiving child support for my son, I notified the DA's office when he turned 18 because he had not finished school yet the support contuined I have received a letter from the DA's office saying I owe $8 thousand some dollars for child support overpayment, I have been thinking about fileing bankruptcy on my credit cards because I am not working and my husband is on disability trying to get on social security, I was wanting to know if I can put the child support overpayment on my bankruptcy also?

our only income now is $192.00 a week from disability, Thank you for any help that you can give to me,
