Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

civil judgement

involved with a civil judgement that was ten years old. served criminal charges and paid to court.they still have this judgement and come back to persue. can i stop with bk since i have nothing now?

If you intentionally caused injury to another "entity" -- which includes a person -- it probably won't be discharged if someone challenges the discharge. Feel free to provide me with more information, or even the case number and court.
