What can be claimed?
Are you able to claim Non-Sufficient Fund Checks
and pending bank charges when filing for bankruptcy?

Well, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by claiming the checks. The checks were presumably for payment to a creditor and you need to list that creditor in any bankruptcy.
