Can I collect my pension (lump sum) and buy a house in full with cash, after one month of being granted my bankruptcy chapter 11 and surrender old house?

This is a great question for your Chapter 11 lawyer who you paid at least $15,000 to handle the case and knows every detail of your situation and you must have chosen because you trusted his ability.
