Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Collection agencies keep changing

Trying to find collecton agencies so I can File Chap 7, but they keep changing and when I find them they won't give me their current addresses. I NEED this info to file BK. THe 2 are Pioneer Financial, LLC and Anchor Receivables Management. How can you file when even your credit reports don't have the current info. I do have the account number, Credit card Issuers and current balances. Will that be enough or do I go on and put the most current collection agency down to?

You seem to be a little confused my friend. So long as no assets are distibuted in your Chapter 7, all your debts will be discharged, even the ones that you don't know about or did not notify. All you will need to do is give them a copy of your petition.
