Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
If a company files against me personally is there any way they can collect after bankruptcy against my corporation?

If you personally guaranteed the debt and you did not file bankruptcy, then you are still liable for the debt. If you the debt was entered into by the corporation and not personally guaranteed by you, the debt was discharged in the bankruptcy.
