Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Taxes: Procedural Questions.

I have filed two Complaints to Determine Dischargeability of taxes on behalf of my clients. I incorrectly named the IRS as the Defendant instead of the U.S. I now need to amend and am hoping to get the opposing party to Stipulate to the Amendment to the Complaint. I am fairly new at this and don't have anyone to look to for help besides my lawbooks. I am looking for a SAMPLE STIPULATION so I can draw it up and forward it to opposing counsel. CAN ANYONE ASSIST ME WITH THIS or direct me to a source??

I am also looking for an experienced BK atty who can act as my mentor and assist me with procedural questions I have in proceeding w/this Adversary Complaint. Please help a young attorney in need.

Thank you!
