Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I have a confirmed chapter 13, but received a letter from the court trustee that the claims submitted by creditors are higher than the plan payment amounts and that My case may become infeasible because I don't have enough money going in. My Attorney Said not to do anything and leave as is because my plan was confirmed, the court trustee says I need to extend the plan terms or make higher payments. Is my attorney correct or the trustee correct?
Thanks
Eric
