i'm a consigner for some for my son an i have another account en fl. i don't have a job anymore can i go to bankrupcy ? i lost my house to

It seems to have cut off your question. If you have cosigned for your son, then yes, you are certainly liable as well on that debt. Obviously you have lost a house as well, but that is where the question cuts off. Whether you can file depends on a number of factors, such as what assets you may have, what your income/expenses are, etc., although I'd imagine those should not be a problem. I am hesitant to say "yes" without knowing some other facts about your situation.
