do i have to tell the court of gambling winnings one month after filling chapter 7

I don't think that gambling winnings are something that you have to disclose to the court. The things that you have to advise them of is if you become a beneficiary of an estate within 180 days of filing your bankruptcy case. I would consider gambling winnings in the same boat that I consider wages which are not property of the estate and therefore there is no reason to disclose winning to the trustee. People have won the lottery after filing and that money is not property of the estate so I would consider gambling winnings the same way.
