Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Credit card summons..

On 01/14/2009,I received a credit card summons. If i file for chapter 7 bankrupt can I inclued the summons.

Likely, yes. Make sure you meet with a firm or an attorney who can give you an analysis based on your entire financial situation. If this is one of your only accounts or debts, you might want to consider defending the action. Make sure you don't get talked into filing for bankruptcy if it is not necessary.
