Can I exclude a credit card from bankruptcy?

You are legally obligated to list all of your debts. You are signing your papers under penalty of perjury, which carries some pretty stiff penalties if you testify falsely.

You don't have to list a credit card with a zero balance.

Only if your balance is zero. But even then, the creditor will eventually find out about the BK when they do their periodic credit check. At that point, it's up to them whether to let you keep the account open or not.
