Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
does a credit-based educational loan consolidation qualify for bankruptcy?
I have heard that educational loans cannot be included in a bankruptcy. I have consolidated all of my educational loans into a credit-based loan with a company called Merlin. I can't seem to find out if this particular loan can be included in a bankruptcy.

I think it would be as it is not an educational loan. the educational loan has now been paid.
