Creditor in Bankruptcy
I have a lawyer who filed a claim for me (creditor) against a party in bankruptcy court and it appears that I may receive some of my money back from the debtor. Will the check from the court be made out to my lawyer or to me?

It depends whose name and address is on the claim form that should be filed.
