Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
creditor not listed on bk filing
the debtor has been discharged, and i have a judgment
since 1992.i didnt file a abstract back in 1992.
the debtor didnt list my judgment when he filed bk
can i now collect on my judgment?

if it was a no asset case, probably not. consult with a bankruptcy attorney. if it was an asset case there are other options.
