how do i go about checking credit for credit background to start process on filing a bankruptcy case? don't i have to know what or who is owed in order to put on the applicaton? where can i get a list most recent filing fees on the internet that are printable? What is the most one can charge service wise to do a bankruptcy?

If you have absolutely no idea who you owe money to, you can order a credit report, but most attorneys will do this for you. I have heard that "freecreditreport.com" is reasonable.
