Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
When creditors contest
At your bankruptcy hearing, when a creditor shows to contest and asks you to either return all the items or repay the unsecured loan, what are your rights? Do you have to do as they asked or can you still have the debt discharged?

When Creditors Contest
If the loan is unsecured I don't understand why the creditor would ask for return of the items. If the creditor has grounds to object to your discharge, they would have to file a complaint within 60 days after the trustee's meeting.
