Deadline for objection

I received a notice and order fixing deadline to object. It states Last Day to file an objection 12/21/2007. But the adversary proceeding was filed on January 22, 2008. The questions is which day is the last day they can file an objection. The date listed on the commencement paper work showing 1/22/2008 or the order fixing the deadline to object thereto 12/21/2007. Or are they two different things.

They are two different things ... 12/21/2007 was the deadline to object to the Trustee's application to be discharged of his/her duties.
