Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Debtor's Credit File After Bankruptcy
I've filed for CH7 bankruptcy and its been discharged. Credit reporting agencies are reporting account history (late 30/60/90 days) on the accounts included in BK. Is there any bankruptcy laws that prevents the Creditors or the credit reporting agencies from reporting such information when the account has been included in BK?

I am not sure. However, you should write to the credit agencies and advise them that the debts have been discharged. You should also do the same to the creditors.
