Default on bail bond contract

I filed bankruptcy on 2/18/09. Bail Bonds filed Plaintiff's claim & order to go to Small Claims Court on 2/23/09.

Re: Default on bail bond contract

You can find a "Notice of Stay of Proceedings" on the Judicial Council website that you should complete. Once done, attach to it a notice of filing of the bankruptcy and a proof of service signed by a friend, file the original signed document with the small claims court, and have the friend mail a copy to the bail bond company.
