denied bankruptcy fee waiver

I was denied a fee waiver in my Chapter 7 petition, it was made by the judge without my having an opportunity to explain my situation.. my income is below the 150% of poverty level. How do I request a change of his judgement

Re: denied bankruptcy fee waiver

Just being under 150% of the poverty level is not enough ... the Code requires that you be unable to pay the fee. If the total of your cash, checking and savings accounts exceeded $299, then the waiver would have been denied.
