how do I go about filling bankruptcy? I am over my head in debt and have no money and own nothing but need to fill and now what do I do/

You can file for bankruptcy on your own (you can find forms online). However, in most cases you should at least speak with an attorney first, as there are many rules and procedures you have to follow, and the forms can be confusing.
