Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Discharge of Use Tax
Use Tax was assessed by The State of California on Equipment I purchased from a vender out of state. If and when I file Chapter 7, will I be able to discharge the Use Tax.

Probably not. Taxes are not dischargeable in BK
