Dischargeable STudent Loans
If the repayment on the loan has been less than 7 years the only way to discharge it is if you can prove undue hardship in repayment. This would be done by filing a complaint under section 523 within the 60 day period following your initial meeting of creditors. You would have to prove at trial all the required elements for undue hardship.
