Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

discharging medical lien in ch 7

i have a personal injury lawsuit

with 35 k in medical bills. i was

wondering if i can discharge those

medical bills and remove the lien-

this way my settlement amount will

be larger. apparently the medical

providers are being greedy on

negotiating the debt with my pi

attorney.

I'm not clear by what you mean when you say the medical providers are being "greedy?" You mean they want to be paid for the services they rendered in helping you back to good health? Hmmmm.... frankly, your post is pretty offensive to those who play by the rules. Good luck.
