do we have to disclose my wifes retirment acc with her com
i would like to know if my and my wifes stocks and retirement accounts can be confiscated or taken if we file bankruptcy

Whether she will "lose" the stocks or retirement funds depends on the type of retirement account, the value of the stocks, the amount in the retirement and the value of all your other assets. Yes, you must disclose all assets and debts in any bankruptcy.
