Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

dismissal and refile

I had a para-legal file for me and she filed 7 days too early. had a prior Chpter &. I was told I need a voluntary dismissal and to refile for chapter 7 before the new law comes into effect. I have little money and feel screwed. How can I help myself?

Unfortunately, I don't need to remind you about the maxim. See if the paralegal will do it for you and if they don't report her/him to the bankruptcy trustee. You might find a voluntary dismissal on the internet, as well.
