Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

divorce/bankruptcy/spousal support

she says too much stress and moved from lucrative real estate business to a ten dollar an hour job, making it now his responsibility to pay her spousal support, she is filing bankruptcy, he cannot - makes to much $...can he quit his job in order to file bankruptcy too?

You can always file bankruptcy...even if you are working. Quiting job just to do bankruptcy or avoid paying spousal support would be frowned upon by the court.
