Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Can I get an electronic copy of transcripts of a bankruptcy case that was filed in Nov 1998 and closed in 2005 at Northern California Bankruptcy Court in San Jose, CA? If so then how, otherwise where can I go to get these copies?
Thank you

The records are available on-line on the Pacer system. You must have an account. Most bankruptcy attorneys, like myself, will have access to the Pacer system.
If you want, you can contact my office and we can pull the documents you want. There will be a small fee and costs, since there is $.10 cost for each page.
