Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
If an ex-partner (not spouse) files for BK and includes a mortgage debt on a loan that we both signed, will I be liabel for the debt?

You might be if it's a second or a third. It should be easy enough to bankrupt it though.
Mortgage companies generally have a team of top lawyers, so you may need one too.
