Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

failure to comply

I filed 3 years ago and the credit report agencies keep putting everything back in collections. What can I do to resolve this? I have had it fixed 3 times and when I apply for credit it shows collections. can I sue for damages;interest rates,etc.? please help!!!!!

Re: Creditors not removing information from credit report after bankruptcy.

I recently helped someone with a similar problem. It can be solved with a pursuasive letter threatening to sue for damages for violating the post-discharge injunction (assuming your prior bankruptcy resulted in a discharge) and for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
