The Chapter 13 trustee will ask the judge to dismiss your case.

Unless you can modify the plan the case will be dismissed. You can ask the court to suspend payments and extend the plan if you need more time. If you are already in a 60-month plan and you cannot afford it there might be no way to save the case from being dismissed because your inability to pay even if not intentional means the plan is not feasible.
