federal tax liens
Can i file against federal tax liens. my wife had a bk 7 years ago befor we were married i have never had one can we file

Hello. I'm not sure what you mean by "file against your tax liens". Do you mean discharge your taxes? Or, do you mean, remove the tax liens against property to which it has already attached? They are two separate propositions. Both MAY be accomplished through bankruptcy if you meet certain specific criteria, but they require different things.
