Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

We some how feel victim to a Ponzi Scheme! We allowed some one to use our personal information and they took out a large loan. Now the item has been reposed and the loan still shows on our credit report, but hasnt reported late in over a year! How do get this removed from our credit and explain we were involved in a ponzi scheme... Lender for loan already know it is fraud, but wont remove from our Credit... .Please help

I'm not clear from your description how this is a ponzi scheme. A ponzi scheme is one in which an organizer creates an investment, and then pays the "profits" to early investors from new money invested. This sounds a lot more like identity theft. If you did not authorize them to take out the loan, then you need to contact your local law enforcement and report that you have been the victim of identity theft. The problem you may face is having let it go on for so long without reporting it. It may not be identity theft if you voluntarily gave them the information. You should contact a local attorney who specializes in assisting victims of identity theft, as it is a very specialized area. You posted this to the Bankruptcy law section, which is not really the area of law that your question involves.
