what is the maximum one can charge for a bankruptcy case and where on the internet can i get find filing fees?

You won't find attorney's fees listed on the internet. Fees vary depending on the complexity of the case and how much the attorney wants to charge.
It costs $299 to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. However, if you meet certain financial criteria, the court might waive the fee. Also, you will have to take a pre-filing credit counseling course (between $35 and $50), and a post-filing financial management course ($25 to $50). These can be taken online.
