Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
what happens if I file an abstract of judgement on the debitors property in Calif and they have no equity and file bankruptcy. What happens to my judgement.

Assuming this is a dischargeable debt, the judicial lien can be avoided if they file an appropriate motion.
