Yes you can file for Bankruptcy. It is not a complicated procedure. I really do not know how much informaiton to provide you because I do not know your level of knowledge about the process.

In terms of rates: The filing fee for BK is $209.00, and attorneys generally charge anywhere from $700.00 to $1,200.00 for a Chapter 7 Petition.

Unfortuantely, due to certain restrictions from Law Guru, we are not allowed to provide "quotes" through said posts.

I would be happy to discussing your options in detail, estimates, services and the like through direct contact. If you wish to send me an e-mail at [email protected], I would be glad to do so. Alternative, feel free to visit our website at www.dba-law.com and contact our office for a free consultation.

Good Luck.
