Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
If I file chapter 7 bankruptcy, do I have to list a card in someone else's name (they got it for me), that I am paying?

No, but if you made a promise TO THE PERSON WHO GOT THE CARD to repay him or her then technically you should list him or her as your creditor. If you do not list the person who got the card for you, then they could later sue you based upon your oral or written promise TO THEM to pay for the card.
