Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I need to file - Consequence to partner & business (2 yrs old)?
My partner suggested I file bankruptcy. We run a successful new business (2 yrs old),and don't want to hurt it or have it affect my partner. I'm deep in credit card debt @ $70K and owe back taxes of $15K. Should I consider filing?
