Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
Can I file and will it affect my hisbands credit
I claimed bankruptcy about 12 years ago. Now I have credit cards and loans in my name only. Can I file again? If I can will it effect my husbands credit, since his name is not on the crads or the loans?

Yes - since it's been more than eight years you can file again. It should not affect your husband's credit, since his SS# will appear nowhere and he is not a joint debtor.
