Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I filed bankruptcy aug 2009. it appears that i will be getting a federal tax refund for my 2009 taxes. will i get this refund or will the irs keep it.

This refund should have been disclosed on your schedule B and exempted on schedule C. The IRS shouldn't keep it but, unless exempted, the bankruptcy trustee might do so if he/she learns about it.
