Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I filed bankruptcy, individually in 2006. Can I file jointly with my new spouse? We recently got married.

No. When you can file again depends on what chapter your prior case was. If it was a Chapter 7, you cannot get another discharge in a case filed before 8 years after the last one was filed.
