Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
filed for BK and now I am trying to Dissmiss it
I need help ....... My wife and I were getting a divorce . during that time I filed for Personall chapter 7 BK.
now we are back togther, and it looks like things are going to work out. so we tried to have my BK dimissed . the judge deny it and we are stuck with a trustee who is trying to destroy our lives.
please help....

I'm afraid you're out of luck as far as the Ch. 7 goes. If asset liquidation is a problem, you may want to consider converting your case to Ch. 13.

Why do you want to dismiss it...you should try to convert it. How much is your debt/ is it mainly credit card?
