Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I filed ch. 7 last year and subsequently entered into a repayment plan on a debt challenged by one of my creditors. I missed a due date on one of my payments due to an identity theft issue and was told by the collecting office my account was ok and in good standing. I made the payment a week later but a couple days after received notice of judgement for the debt. If they recognize that this was an error on their side due to misscommunication, can the judgement be withdrawn? I live in Orange County, CA
