Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy but It got dismissed because I don't qualify. Can I refile? Will my fore closer date be postponed if I refile?

I filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy The only reasons you wouldn't qualify is eiher you didn't demostrate sufficient income to pay off your plan and meet your other obligations going forward, or you had debts that exceeded the debt limits.
