Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy & I am representing myself, I want to know If I do have to list a vehicle that I stopped paying & has no equity in Schedule C? & also If I still have to list it what will be the answer to Schedule C column 3 & 4 ? Thank you.

If you have no equity, then there's nothing to exempt on Schedule C. Make sure to list the vehicle on your Schedules B and F, and Statement of Intentions.
