Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

i filed chapter 7 bk in 2008 after my divorce, i havent gotten child support in 2 years and have fallen behind in payments, i havent had success in working with creditors, i want to repay everyone , can i file a chapter 13?

Yes, you can file for a bk. I would see a bk attorney to make sure you have all your grounds covered. There may be some tactical things you should do first, etc.
